Update - SELECT East Service Discontinued

As of March 31, 2025, the SELECT East service (SES-2 @ 87°W) has been permanently discontinued.

Legacy VSAT customers should now be operating on SELECT West (Galaxy 18 @ 123°W) in order to maintain uninterrupted service.

If you have not yet completed your migration or require assistance, please contact your account representative as soon as possible to discuss available service options.

Scheduled - IP Access will be discontinuing services on the SELECT East (SES-2 @ 87W) Network at the close of business on March 31, 2025. Customers currently utilizing this network must transition to an alternative service before this date to avoid disruption.

To migrate to the SELECT West (Galaxy 18 @ 123W) network, please coordinate with your IP Access account representative at your earliest convenience.

Additionally, customers interested in higher bandwidth, lower latency LEO connectivity are encouraged to discuss available upgrade paths with their account representative.

Monitoring - An upstream voice service provider experienced a disruption earlier today, impacting inbound call handling. The issue has been resolved, and all voice services are operating within nominal parameters. The IP Access Network Operations Center (NOC) continues to monitor the platform to ensure ongoing stability.

Update - We have received and update from our upstream voice service providers that the Inbound calling issue has been resolved. The IP Access Voice team is currently monitoring.

Investigating - A major upstream voice carrier is currently investigating an incident impacting Voice and Messaging Services.
IP Access Voice services are experiencing intermittent inbound calling failures. All teams are actively engaged. No ETA at this time. We will provide an update once we have received word that the issue has been resolved.
