Customers utilizing Galaxy 18 (G18) satellite services with mobile antenna systems must bring their systems online prior to the deadline above to receive a required system update.
Impact:
Systems that do not complete this process before the deadline will be unable to acquire the network until the update is applied manually.
Required Action:
Ensure all affected systems are powered on and connected to the network at least once prior to May 31, 2026.
No further action is required once the system has successfully connected.
